Alternative Tattoos + Face Tattoos and Hand Tattoos!

This mod so far replaces 11 tattoos for Franklin, adds face/neck tattoos and hand tattoos on the skin texture. This mod is not complete yet so just keep that in mind.

How to Install Alternative Tattoos
Open OpenIV and replace the files in
x64v.rpfmodelscdimagesped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf
with the files you downloaded in the "Alternative Tattoos" folder

How to I Face Tattoos (optional)
Open OpenIV and replace the files in
x64v.rpfmodelscdimagesstreamedpeds_players.rpfplayer_one
with the ones you downloaded in the "Face Tattoos" folder.

How to I Hand Tattoos (optional)
Open OpenIV and replace the files in
x64v.rpfmodelscdimagesstreamedpeds_players.rpfplayer_one
with the ones you downloaded in the "Hand Tattoos" folder.
