Hi. This is my very first convert and generally my first time delving into modding aside from just installing them or making liveries for others. I have learned a great deal of techniques from those I consider the best among the creators on this site and I'm very thankful for it.

What you will need (Single Player)
- game version: (2372 onwards) LS tuners and later
- proper gameconfig
- heap limit adjuster
- packfile limit adjuster
- place skylineken folder in: Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks
- go to Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml, open and add dlcpacks:/skylineken/

What you will need (FiveM)
- start or ensure skylineken on your server.cfg and put the skylineken in your resource folder
- no seriously that's it if you can't make it work it ain't on me
