This is fifth generation (1977–1984) of Cadillac DeVille.
The 1984 De Villes were essentially a rerun of the 1983 models. 1984 would also be the last time De Ville used the "V" emblem below the Cadillac crest, as all Cadillac models (except Cimarron) from 1985 on, would use the wreath & crest emblem - formerly, a Fleetwood exclusive. Minor changes included new body-color side moldings and a revised exhaust system with a revamped catalytic converter. For 1984, sales figures show a total four-door production of 107,920 units, and an additional 50,840 two-door units (figures include de Ville and Fleetwood models).

Installation:

Use OpenIV to make these changes.
1. Extract "dlclist.xml" with OpenIV from -----> update update.rpf common data
2. Add a new line "dlcpacks:deville85" in dlclist.xml
3. Save and replace the old file "dlclist.xml" ------> update update.rpf common data
2. Copy the deville85 folder into the dlcpacks folder -----> update x64 dlcpacks
3. Spawn carname using a trainer.
