This mod is uploaded separately from my old mod because yes, they are different mods. Virtually nothing from the old mod is included in this one.

Installation:

Go to: GTAVmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata

Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:

dlcpacks:nis13

Go to: GTAVmodsupdatex64dlcpacks

and make a folder called nis13.

add the included dlc.rpf file

NOTES* --
-the vehicle_mesh.fxc file included in VisualV's installation files makes some parts way shinier than they should be. I've included the vanilla file as a fix for those that would like to use it. Which can be found at:
(GTAVmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommonshaderswin32_40_final)

-many paintable interior parts use either Trim Design color or Dashboard Color for their paints.

-plates are scaled to Japanese dimensions, and are therefore bigger.
