Here for the whole community is a 1990 Chevy Caprice with the coplite slim (for the time) undercover lighting setup. This was my idea to make a Caprice with the mini edge since I thought it would be cool to have ingame since it is the first slicktop unmarked old car for GTA V. Also it has a interior with period correct boxes and other interior elements... Also, this vehicle is very low poly (~34k) so it will run smooth on almost any PC. You are free to use this in a video, but it would be greatly appreciated if you take a few moments of your time to acknowledge my work in your video or in the description.

=============== Installation ===============
To install the vehicle all you have to do is navigate to the latest patch day
you have in your MODS folder, and place it in the vehicles.rpf there.

For me it would be:
Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpackspatchday14ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf

To install the ELS VCF file, navigate to:
Grand Theft Auto VELSpack_default
and drag and drop it there

To install the vehicle.meta file, navigate to: Not needed for this file
