1st step: Copy "gtr96" folder to

or (if don't used "MODS" folder)

2nd step:Use OpenIV extract
X:Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line

dlcpacks:/gtr96/

Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
