INSTALLATION
1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the 'mods' folder
3. Move the provided "issisp" folder inside: modsupdatex64dlcpacks
4. Locate 'dlclist.xml': mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
5. Add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:/issisp/

The Optional carvariations.meta file can be added by replacing the original within the issisp dlc.rpf go to the following path and replace the file:
issisp>dlc.rpf>data>carvariations.meta
